Spore Creature Creator Launched. They had over 200,000 creatures created in the first 24 hours (it is addictive).

Spore Creature Creator - Spore I took a stab at playing with the creator (links below if you want to try it) and must say that I am absolutely impressed.

As if I were a Pixar animator on speed, in just 5 minutes, I was able to create the creature shown here:
