Creature Stage: how to switch from Carnivore to Herbivore?

I've decided that i would rather just eat plants, but I don't know how to switch at this stage. Is there a way or do I have to start over?

The Cell stage is the first and the last time to change your creature's diet.
You have to think what you want to eat for the rest of Creature and Tribal stage.
Also, even though you have herbivore, carnivore and omnivore mouths, it's the trait for the Cell stage that decides your diet. (You may have a Carnivore mouth on completeion but become a herbivore, only allowing mouths in Creature to be herbivore)

Finally! I killed an Epic!! And with only lvl 1: bite and spit and lvl 2: charge!!
My nest helped though, I'd fill you in on the details but... I gotta get off the computer. If you need help on your first Epic kill, post your questions here.

this happened to me last year when I was using cheats. after I used them, I noticed I never got any achievements any more. ever since then I never used cheats ever again. I got achievements again because I uninstalled it and installed it again. I want to be able to use cheats and still get achievements... any ideas? anyone? Im pretty sure others have had this problem too.

I didn't have internet for a while so I couldn't reply...
Like you know, I've cheated... But on a recent Spore file I got achievements. (Not 42 coz I cheated to get there and I'm not able to get back there). All I did was start a new file from Cell to Space and got the achievements throughout it.
Maybe make a new file and go Cell to Space and see if you can get them.
I've learnt my lesson on cheating... Only use it when there's no side-effects. :D

I had Spore installed on my computer already and it worked fine for a solid month. When i went to play it last week it didn't exist on my computer, the file folders were there, and sporebin still existed but it was empty. I uninstalled in an effort to reinstall, but now it does nothing, and i can't even get it to autorun. I can't reinstall or anything.

i have this same problem, its just good to know that the forum master watches this corner of the forum isn't it? well phsplayer88 had this too and so did roguetwin so its definately a common problem. i wish that there was an answer to this but i'll just have to keep looking.

Why hasn't Spore Creator II come out yet? EA is missing out on a lot of money! There are millions that would rather not play any game but will spend hours in quiet enjoyment. I took my laptop to a nursing home and almost didn't get out alive! Those retirees LOVED Spore Creator! On a side note, it was very interesting to watch one gentleman that had lost both his legs play with it. Just thought I would share this with everyone.

I'm having a little trouble defeating this tribe that is much better than me. every approach I take makes my whole tribe fall! the only fact that could explain is, they have better weaponry and armor than my tribe. how can I compete?

Only attack the weakest tribe that is available to you.
Once you defeat them you can get new weapons etc. and so will be able to beat the stronger tribes.
Also use your chieftan's special power once you attack, and focus on destoying the central hut first.

I made the mistake of making "friendly fire" when completing a mission and am now in the struggle to survive in an epic war against them." if they wont let you communicate with them, there is no more you can do than fight them. if you have other options in the communications choose "give gift" until their ally meter doesn't rise any more. after that, you may be able to do their missions again.

"how do you promote creaters to tribal stage???" You place a Monolith on a creature Stage planet. A random creature on it will evlove to Tribal, Civil, then Space stage.

I've had Spore for a while and really like it, but haven't had the time to really get into it with any depth. Anyway, I've been searching to see if there's a way to model new Spore "parts" and import them for use in Spore? I have various programs (Lightwave, Zbrush, Blender, and others.) Of course it may be it's impossible (which I suspect from my Internet searches) or I'm just using the wrong search terms.

I'm onto the second planet, Pangu. After attacking Gar'Skuther's ship, and having him set a creature on me, which I have defeated, he flies off in his ship, leaving behind a planet token. After he flies off, I cannot move my creature, and the screen is focused on the rotating planet token. Help! I've created another spore creature, but I don't know if the same thing will happen. :-s

it will happen again, just take your stylist, and click and hold the planet token until your creature walks over to it. trust me, it happend to me once.

When I save my Adventures in Galactic Adventures, and then upload them nothing happens. It said I uploaded it but I can't find it, and it's not in the Sporepedia. My buddy have the same problem. Help plz?

Hi, everyone. I hope you can help me out...I'm a new Spore player and I just got the game two days ago. I installed it and everything was running fine for a few hours, and then it suddenly crashed to the desktop and gave me the "Spore has encountered a problem and needs to close" error, with the "Send" and "Don't Send" error report buttons on the bottom...I meet the system requirements, I updated my drivers, I tried reinstalling, and so on, and nothing has worked. I just get the same error. I don't know of anything I was doing wrong when it crashed, either. If you know of anything for me to do, please let me know...thanks!!

I have same problem, Spore was working 1 day when it show the message "Send/Dont Send Error report", I tried delete and again install game but didnt work :-( But on profile of my brother (on this comp.) it works perfectly :-/

You need to match the buttons with what the creatures you're playing for want to hear. In other words, if you see a macrena, click the macrena button and the bar will go up (When the bar is full they will become friendly or allies) If you don't have the intrusment they ask for with you, GET ONE!! Or you stand no chance on allying them.
