Spore doesnt work on my PC

I think it may be the graphics card since mine is not on the list. i have a ATI Radeon HD 4870 X2. i just bought this computer and its from alienware. When i load spore is says it didnt load correctly and there is no desktop icon for it nor can i find any of the files. altho when i go to delete programs from my computer it does show up there. ive been waiting 2 years for this game and i cant play it! im not too computer smart and i need help! Do you find this valuable?

Is there an error code number (it should usually be in parentheses and be 4 numbers long) ? if there is , look on the spore help page and find out what the error code means and it will tell you what to do to fix it. Hope I helped. Do you find this valuable?
