Why is it when I set-up a colony on a T1 planet in a green orbit and then try to edit the city it says "terascore too low" and shows a "T0" in corner of the screen? I even try to put more plants and animals and it sugests to put them on another planet. Do you find this valuable?

From reading it I don't think you're on a T1 planet. Just coz' it's in the green orbit doesn't mean it's T1, it just means it's easy to colonize. Do you find this valuable?

I think I see the issue. You need to get an Atmosphere Generator to raise the atmosphere level (or a Drought Generator to lower it). Only then can you add more organisms to stabilize the Teralevel. I hope this helps. If not, I don't know what to say. Do you find this valuable?
